Real estate is also a great way to protect hard-won money. Your asset is real, productive and has a great use.  Historically, real estate has been one of the best hedges against inflation and turmoil. People will always need somewhere to live. Price bubbles may come and go… and come again. Meantime, your real estate always retains an intrinsic value.
Why Bulgaria?
Bulgaria offers a cheap cost of living, economic and political stability, diverse landscape, good climate and hospitality . Added to these there is also the fact that Bulgaria is within a three hour flight of the UK.
